There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, offering connections to Vuosaari metro station, 3 km away. Bus from the hotel is running once an hour on weekdays (Mon-Fri, line 816, from 6.50 to 18.00).
Helsinki Central Station can be reached in 22 minutes by metro. Price from 3€. Trains come about every 5-10 minutes.
Rastila metro station is 1,7 km from the hotel. It takes about 25 min to reach the station by foot.
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is 22 km away from the Hotel. Ride will take about 20-25min depending the traffic.

Söderskär's Lighthouse cruise
During summer months starting from 1.05 is it possible to enjoy sea cruise to the Söderskär's Lighthouse.
Daily cruises available from Vuosaari, about 3 km from the Rantapusto Hotel.
Boat ride lasts about 1,5h one way. Departure from Vuosaari at 10.30. Time to enjoy Söderskär lighthouse and islands from 11.45 to 13.00. Arrival back to Vuosaari at 14.30.

The lighthouse was built on the Mattlandet island, near the open sea, in 1862. Visibility range is 15 nautical miles (about 27 km).
Nowadays Söderskär’s lighthouse is no longer considered to have nautical significance because the shipping routes on the Gulf of Finland had changed.
Exhibition in the lighthouse and stories show the atmosphere and idea how the lighthouse keepers and pilots lived before.
